The Ohio Revised Code Section 340.04 (G) requires the Executive Director to prepare an annual report of the programs under the jurisdiction of the Board, including a fiscal accounting of all services. The Ohio Department of Mental Health's annual reports are useful for comparing county community mental health and recovery boards.
